Powerfile Abrasive Belts

Applications: For use on commonly available powerfiles. Ceramic and zirconium abrasive give far superior performance and life, compared to ordinary aluminium oxide, on both mild and hard steel grades. 457mm belts are 1/2" wide, sometimes sold as 13mm wide.

Specification:

• Sizes 457x12mm and 533x9mm use high performance ceramic abrasive on grinding grades 40, 60 and 80.
• Grade 120 uses flexible cotton backed zirconium abrasive in all sizes as these are for finer work.
• Size 330x10mm uses flexible cotton backed zirconium in all grades as these powerfiles often have small radius drive wheels.
• Both ceramic and zirconium are suited to hard alloys and give superior life and peformance to aluminium oxide.
• Sold in packs of 10, or save with a multi-pack sets of 4 grades (4 packs of 10).
